The Directors of Apps IT:
Simon Moore is a Founder Director of Apps IT and began his career in 1991 working for Churchill Insurance where he led a team of 60 sales staff. As part of his role, he was responsible for the design and delivery of company-wide training (for 5k+ employees). Subsequently in 2001 Simon co-founded Apps IT alongside Philip Coles. Simon’s role has transitioned from initially being sales focused to an operations role. Simon has responsibility for accounts, audit, compliance, HR and business process improvement and key account relationship management. Simon has also been responsible for the corporate planning required to support Apps IT’s growth in the USA.
Phil Coles is a Founder Director of Apps IT and began his career in 1993 leading retail and institutional sales teams in the insurance industry for companies including Churchill Insurance and Miller Kelsh Insurance. Subsequently in 2001 Philip co-founded Apps IT alongside Simon Moore. Philip’s current responsibilities as Sales Director is to lead sales and business development activities for Apps IT across the UK, Europe and USA markets. He is an active biller, manages key client relationships and oversees key account delivery by the Business’s sales consultant teams.
