Apps IT Limited is delighted to announce the completion of a management buy-out supported by Collective Capital Limited (“CCI”).
Founded in 2001, Apps IT has become widely recognised as a leading provider of independent Oracle consultants in the UK, Europe and North America, supporting large multi-national clients in their Oracle resource needs.
Founder-Directors Simon Moore and Phil Coles led the management buy-out and will continue in their current roles managing Apps IT. Founder-Director, Kevin Houghton, will leave Apps IT to focus on other business ventures following completion. The investment from CCI will support Apps IT in accelerating its growth plans and to capitalise on the growing global demand for highly specialised Oracle consultants. In addition, CCI’s Managing Partner, Rob Wills, brings significant professional experience from his work across Asia, the US and Europe in both large corporate and high growth digital companies in Silicon Valley. This and the many complementary skills CCI bring will help Apps IT achieve its plans for expansion in the years ahead.
Moore said, “Our success to date has been due to our relentless focus on the needs of both our clients and candidates and our ability to provide Oracle consultants in 26 countries worldwide. This investment will enable significant and exciting opportunities for our team, and we are delighted to enter our next stage of growth with CCI”.
CCI is a private company investing in UK SMEs, focusing on providing support to talented teams with an appreciation of high-quality service, deeply embedded customer relationships and the potential for continued growth.
Rob Wills, Founder of CCI said “We look forward to starting a long-term partnership with Apps IT. We share the team’s enthusiasm for the local and international opportunities lying ahead and are confident that by combining their expertise with our support Apps IT will reach the next level of growth and enable us to serve international customers in a more meaningful way”.
